3.1 Tour Reservations

All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received and confirmed.

3.3 Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is required 60 days prior to tour departure
• For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participants or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or alternative tour dates offered.

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours. Your policy must cover:

• Emergency medical expenses and repatriation
• Trip cancellation and curtailment
• Personal liability and legal expenses
• Adventure activities included in your tour

6. Passport and Visas

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity from return date) and appropriate visas. We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions and obtain medical clearance if required. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a client's health condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
